We all know that offshore companies are the villains of the commercial word, at least they are certainly painted thus. So in the event of a “Yes” vote in Scotland what happens to Scottish registered companies – will they gain the same notoriety as the Cayman Islands? Or will the socialist cum communists that will run the fiefdom drive all businesses out of the country, thus obviating the issue?
