Stella is the new Apprentice. Without doubt a worthy winner. As in most offices we debated every week as to who should have gone and how they all performed. As an SME with a close owner input and non-corporate structure we could identify with much of what Alan Sugar kept harping on about Stella and her corporate background possibly being a mismatch for him. This was probably a red herring to keep us in suspense, I reckon what swung it for her was the 10 years experience that Chris simply did not have by virtue of his youth and the fact that Stella came from a non-privileged background and worked her way up, not unlike Lord Sugar himself.
