The not so eagerly awaited changes to company formation are nearly upon us. Companies Act 2006 is a major upheaval and it will be interesting to see how some of the cheap and nasty formation agents deal with it. I suspect that much of the trouble will only come out in the wash next year. One thing is clear – change creates opportunity , and some people are going to be ripped off well and truly , either through bad advice or by excessive charges as a result of the fog of confusion. Our prices will be subject to revision but at least our customers are going to get a gold plated and bulletproof set of Articles drawn up by a pukka firm of solicitors.
