So the Scots want the referndum age to be 16? As a proud Scot it is clear why. that is the age at which one’s jingoism and patriotism is probably at its height. Do they understand anything financial beyond their pocket money or the cost of a “bottle of ginger” (Glaswegian spoken here)? It is also an age of idealism, which is basically as near to communism you can get without chucking people into gulags. It is a sneaky and stupid trick of SNP and it may well backfire.
