Who can apply to restore a struck off or dissolved company?

A member (shareholder) of a struck off or dissolved company or a creditor of a struck off or dissolved company can apply for a company restoration within 6 years of a company dissolution (longer in certain cases) to restore a struck off company to the register. For administrative restoration a company's director may submit the application. If the dissolution was voluntary (not struck off the register by Companies House) any of the people who made the original application to dissolve the company may apply.
