Our Xpress Service allows you to have an own named same day online limited company formation completed the same day or next day, depending on service availability at Companies House. By embracing the latest online electronic incorporation service we are able to provide a speedier and cheaper service, passing on the savings to you.

Xpress Service Features

  • The Xpress service costs just £44.75 extra (plus VAT).
  • Company orders received by 12:30pm are guaranteed to be allocated a number the same day. After this time we guarantee next working day.
  • If a number is not allocated the same day / next day due to a delay at FD (not at Companies House) we will refund the Xpress fee and your order will remain a top priority.
  • Xpress companies ordered after 12:30pm are given top priority to try and catch the same day.
  • All Xpress orders are delivered by special delivery/courier.
