• How do you determine suitability for introduction to a firm?

  Using our recruitment experience we check all CVs thoroughly, follow up references and interview the candidate to corroborate the CV and penetrate further into their experience, personality and ability.

• Do you visit employers prior to arranging a meeting with candidates?

  Not usually but this can be arranged if either you or us deem it necessary. For headhunting or special assignments a meeting is mormally required.

  Yes - up to 3 months from commencement of employment.
