• How do you source candidates?

  Through advertising and networking.

• How long does it take to find a candidate?

  Within 2 working days we will advise if we have a suitable candidate or whether we need to source one.

• How do you select candidates for my vacancy?

  Using our recruitment experience we check all CVs thoroughly, follow up references and interview the candidate to corroborate the CV, penetrate further into their experience, personality and ability.

• How long do you spend vetting candidates?

  However long is necssary for us to be confident in making a recommendation to you.

• How many candidates will you suggest?

  As many as necessary to fulfill your requirements either individaully or batched as per your request.

• Do you meet with us prior to suggesting a candidate?

  Not usually but this can be arranged if either you or us deem it necessary. For headhunting or special assignments a meeting is mormally required.

• Can you assist after the placement if there are issues that arise?

  Yes - up to 3 months from commencement of employment.

• What if they leave after we have paid you?

  Rebate period is 3 months. If they leave within 14 days a full refund is due - after 14 days refund is prorata, if we cannot find you a suitable replacement within 14 days.
