Welcome to the 13th edition of FD Partnership, our newsletter for accounting and finance professionals and SMEs.
It’s been a few months since the last edition and a lot has happened in the world and at FD. Our whole business model has continued to evolve and has taken on a more sales orientated nature but we’ve steadfastly refused to reduce our commitment to customer service. It’s amazing how many big firms throw the baby out with the bathwater when times get tough and they are under pressure to maintain short term targets. This is where SMEs lead the field and we’re proud to set an example.
