Toyota's sticky pedal

Well well well , Toyota is in a bind over stick accelerator pedals. About 8 years ago I claimed that the pedal on my Lexus IS300 (yes you read correctly , it was a very limited edition) jammed on 2 occasions . It was vigorously denied my claim of a faulty pedal and blamed on me , yes me, not fitting the carpet correctly. After much arguing and an engineer's report we went to court and I won because they did not even bother defending themselves. I knew I was right from the point where I offered to sell the car back to the garage at market value and buy a new one , but they refused. Yes, do feel smug over Toyota's faulty pedal saga, because I feel vindicated.
