To order a dormant non-trading company online, simply choose the "non-trading" option on the order form and we will incorporate it and look after the certifcate and memorandum & articles for you for as long as you want without any maintenance charges or annual fees levied by us. Please be aware that only one copy of the certificate is permitted to be in circulation, and it will be retained by us until instructed by you to release it.

Should you wish to upgrade to a hard copy of the certificate or the memorandum and articles there is a one-off administration fee of £95 plus VAT. You will then receive the full package that comes as standard.

Important legal note: - when purchasing a non-trading company, the newly formed company is agreeing not to trade unless the upgrade administration fee is paid prior to doing so. The company is to remain dormant. If this agreement is breached, the company will be liable to a surcharge of £195 plus VAT. You are still required to submit dormant accounts and annual returns to Companies House.
