Why we differ

At Kensington we go that bit further to ensure clients receive the best service around when putting up an accountancy practice for sale or buying an accountancy practice. We don’t simply match up the buyers and sellers for an accountancy practice, we also offer the following :-

1. Disposal of premises - redundant buildings as a result of the deal or sale and lease back, through our network of experienced property investors.
2. Servicing of clients not wishing to move - as an associate of a practising ACCA firm we can, if required, take on clients that are either unwilling to move or not wanted as a result of the deal.
3. Out of hours service - when you’re in the thick of things at a critical point in a deal and you need to speak to us we’ll be there in the evening to reassure you.
4. Database of over 5000 clients - our parent company, FD has been servicing accountancy firms nationally since 1994 and built up a legal customer base for you to benefit from.
