Apply for an FD customer number

If you expect to use our services more than once, we recommend that you apply for a customer number to speed up the order process and remain informed of special offers or news. Entering a customer number on any of our order forms avoids the need to enter your company address, telephone and fax numbers every time. You need only enter your company name and customer number.

You can also apply for a credit account once you have a customer number.
