Apply for a credit account

If you are, or expect to be, a regular customer of Formations Direct, then you will benefit greatly by opening a credit account with us. A credit account allows you to order companies, searches, domains, etc on credit and gives you 30 days to pay, or you can simply apply for a customer number to speed up ordering time.

If you would like to open a credit account with us, you will need to fill in our simple application form (PDF file - 72kB) and return it signed, along with a company letterhead.

Please note that when you open the application form in Adobe Acrobat, you can type your information in directly before printing the form.
