Company seals
The Companies Act 1989 abolished the mandatory requirement for a company seal and allows the company director or secretary to sign documents without the need for a seal if the company’s memorandum and articles permit.
There are however many occasions where a company seal is required and we can provide you with hand held plier seals for your company, usually within 24 hours.
