Companies House forms
The following forms are available for download direct from the Companies House web site. Most company information can now be filed on-line using the Companies House WebFiling service, which also saves you the annual £15 annual return fee.
88(2) - Return of allotment of shares for allotments made on or after 1 December 2003. You must use the older version for share allotments made on or before 30 November 2003.
287 - Change of situation or address of registered office.
288a - Appointment of director or secretary. Please make sure that both pages are submitted, even if the second page has not been completed.
288b - Terminating appointment as Director or Secretary.
288c - Change of particulars for Director or Secretary.
225 - Change of accounting reference date.
